I was initially apprehensive about personal training sessions, but Sarah was fantastic at putting me at ease. She listened carefully to what I was hoping to achieve and planned a varied programme taking into account my concerns and likes/dislikes regarding different types of exercise. She managed to strike a great balance between encouraging me to progress further and yet maintain a level I could realistically manage. She also supported my session with activities that I could manage at home in between sessions. I very quickly started to look forward to each session and to view exercise as something that could be fun and enjoyable! I highly recommend personal training with Sarah.

I am not a natural athlete and have always struggled to maintain any exercise programme. After a session with Sarah I feel like " I can do it" and always look forward to the next session. Sarah is very professional and 100% focused on helping me reach my goals. I am constantly improving through each session and am on track to looking fab for my wedding day! I couldn't recommend Sarah enough and this time I actually am doing it !!

She has an excellent understanding of time restraints that being a mum entails and has tailored my workouts to suit this. I would recommend Sarah to all my friends she really is a true pro.
